CHÍNH SÁCH ĐỔI-TRẢ JEN&LIE

Những điều cần lưu ý khi nhận hàng Nếu có vấn đề khi nhận đơn hàng, vui lòng gửi yêu cầu trả hàng/hoàn hàng trong vòng 3 ngày kể từ khi đơn hàng giao thành công.

•Store luôn hỗ trợ đổi size/ khiếu nại sản phẩm nhanh nhất.(Quý khách vui lòng cung cấp đúng thông tin số đo để nhân viên tư vấn size chính xác nhất ).
•Ngoài ra Jen

lie có chính sách đổi màu/ đổi sản phẩm khác cho phía khách hàng. Lưu ý : Sản Phẩm đổi trả phải còn nguyên tag, không dính bẩn. Khi Shipper đến giao hàng đổi, phía khách hàng vui lòng đưa lại sản phẩm cần đổi trả cho phía nhân sự giao hàng.

•Jenlie Store không có chính sách hoàn tiền.

Things to note when receiving product, if there is a problem with the order, please submit a return within 3 days of successful order.

•Store always supports the fastest size change / product complaint. (Please provide the correct measurement information for the staff to advise the most accurate size).
• In addition, Jenlie has a policy to change color / change other products for customers. The exchange value must be equal to or higher than the purchased product. Note: Returned products must have tags intact, none dirty. When the Shipper arrives to exchange the goods to the customer, please return the product to the delivery personnel.

•Jenlie Store has no refund policy.
