LOOKING FOR:
Customer Service Representative
•Successful candidates will be tasked to handle (Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
• The candidate must possess a Bachelor/College degree.
•Knowledgeable and up-to-date about the Philippine E-Commerce business here in the Philippines.
• With or Without experience, but experience in handling an online shopping platform is an advantage.
• Customer service experience and the ability to deal with difficult customers is essential.
• Must be a fast learner, who can work with minimal supervision.
• Must be flexible, a team player, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Has good time management skills and the ability to accomplish tasks within the required time frame.
Monthly Salary Range: 16K to 20K
