I'm excited to announce that I will be taking part in the monthly Woodstock Quarter Thrift Fest this Saturday!

I want to grow Dango Clothing into as sustainable and ethical a brand as possible and I had a lightbulb moment a while ago and realized that I can incorporate second-hand clothing and thrifting into this brand.

Thrifting has benefits for the environment, the community, and the individual. Thrifting keeps clothes out of landfills, where they can produce greenhouse gasses and take up space. Thrifting also saves water and other resources that are used to make new clothes, especially those with synthetic materials. It supports local charities and businesses, rather than multinational corporations. Not to mention that you tend to find amazing pieces for super cheap!
I will be selling Dango Clothing pieces that I currently have in stock at a discount as well as beautiful second-hand pieces. I will also have a bargain bin, so if you're in Woodstock this weekend, come say hi and get yo' thrift on! 🐣🌿🍂🍁🌻🍄

I designed this kawaii little panda logo for my beautiful seamstress Klara Van der Walt 🐼

I'm so happy how he came out - especially with his little belly button! Very happy I could be a part of his creation!🌿

Be on the lookout for this fancy panda bear - he will be featuring on all collaborative pieces with Klara and I as well as on all Klara's own custom pieces 🍒🌺🐥

A Lucky Cat dungaree being sent off to a lovely calligraphy teacher in town. Her dungaree is custom made with no frills as per her request 🌿

I try to put my heart and soul into every package I send off - each delivery is gift wrapped in the most colourful kawaii paper I can find ❤🍒

Each overall is tailor made according to your body's measurements - it has become a standard for me to request all neccesary body measurements from each new client to ensure that their clothing will fit them PERFECTLY!🐥

Lucky Cat overalls can be made in any custom colour (subject to availablility of the fabric) and are R500 each. Can be couriered to any location in SA 🍌

Back on my bu****it again 🔥

My first orders of Lucky Cat overalls will be going out soon to their new owners 😍😍so very excited. I just want to see people being happy with my brand and watch it grow

End-of-the-year fatigue is starting to kick in so things are going slower than I'd like, but I'm learning to pace myself to not get burnt out as I'd do in the past🌿
