So…. At my last market a lady was looking for something green… I had nothing! It’s the worst when someone is keen to support but goes away empty handed.

So green became my theme and now I have so much of it! 18 different designs to choose from (will release pics as I go) but boy, if you like green, I now have something for you.

Including this agate range - a mini drop, a long hook, a double simple drop and a triple simple drop (even a broach which isn’t shown here). Etched with gold and finished with a glossy resin. Perfect to elevate your bokke outfit on rugby days.

12 days ago I walked away. I walked out of my studio. I didn’t tidy. I didn’t pack away. Tiles to assemble. Tiles to resin. Tiles to drill. I just walked out. And for 12 days I haven’t been able to come back.

After a serious creative push I often feel ‘hungover’ for a few days. I just can’t muster the creativity and need a mini break before the inspiration hits.

This time has hit different. I’ve felt drained. Sapped. A little resentful of the unfinished tiles waiting for my attention. Wondering if it’s all worth it.

But today, armed with a cup of rooibos, I am back. Sitting at my desk admiring these beauties that need a final transformation. Eager to get stuck in again.
