🎉 6 Years of Growth, Learning, and Purpose at Lewis Group 🎉

Today marks 6 incredible years with the Lewis Group, and I can’t help but pause to reflect on what this journey has meant to me both personally and professionally.

Manager of the National Learning and Development Academy has been more than just a role; it’s been a mission. A mission to empower others, unlock potential, and create pathways for growth across the organization.

The concourt ruling is about expanding freedoms and choices for men. It is about ensuring that men are not discriminated on the bases of "gender". This ruling will help solve identity and belonging issues that many men have crippled with for generations.
If we have accepted as understable that a man can use his maternal surname, marry and bear children with the same surname. Why do we have an issue with a court ruling that allows a grown men freedom and choice to use his wives surname?

Some men arguing against this ruling, use their maternal surnames. They have married and insisted that their wives who were probably using their paternal surnames change them. How can we accept that as okay but argue against a ruling that extends grown men freedoms and choices, to choose to use their wives surnames if they want to? Yet some of you have married wives and made them use your mothers surnames? Some men really need to seat this one out. Lona "maqai, men with one wife too, and those without post graduate qualifications seat this one out please.

So i was invited to speak to a group of students studying business. My instruction was to speak about debt. So i thought long and hard about how to pitch it in simple terms that they understand that money is debt and they must not fear it, but know they can use it to built wealth. This what i said.

Just like any other business banks have get stock to resale.

Q (What do you think banks sell).

Banks sell money (debt) if thats how you prefer to call it. I call it leverage. Like any other product in the consumer market debt/leverage has different flavours & sizes (mortagage loans, personal loans, car finiance, credit cards, over drafts etc).

😀Q (where does banks get their stock, the money they borrow?)

Yes from the people who save their money at the bank. Expanded of the fractiona reserve how banks get loan peoples savings.

Banks sell their product (debt) which ee have already established have different flavours. As consumers we have choice which product we want, (but because of the risk factor banks have a qualifying criteria, of who or how much you can buy)

Just like we all go to a shoprite to a R5 loaf, but dont use it the same way.

E.g some people buy the R5 loaf to make scambane to resell, others buy it to eat, others buy it to give it away.

People also go to the bank to buy banks stock (money/debt/leverage) to use different.

A property investor is like some like some who buys a loaf to make scambane. They buy banks stock, to use to buy properties to lease them.

I have my reservations about Warren and everything else he said, but on this one thing, I fully agree: ‘Bo jwala ha se maemo.’

We are becoming an alcohol-driven generation. Re sebelisa jwala to show off, to numb our reality, or to pretend we’ve ‘made it’. But let’s be honest—Hennessy VSOP ha se maemo.

Class is not about bottles on the table or how expensive your drink is. Real maemo is about mindset, discipline, purpose, and how you carry yourself when no one is watching.

Stop chasing validation in clubs. Chase legacy.
Stop posting bottles. Post progress.

Someone i love bought me a pen, so i have been writting alot lately. To the youth of lesotho this one is for you.

To the Youth of Lesotho: You Are Not Lost. You Are the Leaders We've Been Waiting For. 🇱🇸

Today, thousands of you lined up at military recruitment centers, clinging to one of the few chances left in a country that has to offer so little. Among those long lines stood graduates, skilled workers, dreamers—bright minds with nowhere to plug in their potential.

Let’s not pretend this is normal. It’s not.

This is a national crisis. And no, it’s not your fault.

You did everything they told you to do. You stayed in school. You worked hard. You sacrificed. You believed that education would unlock a future. But here you are—qualified, capable, and unemployed.

This is not because you failed. It’s because the system failed you.

The truth is, Lesotho is no longer producing jobs. Our politicians have run out of ideas. And they’ve run out of will. Their promises are recycled. Their solutions are outdated. They cannot be relied upon.

It’s time we stop hoping that change will come from above.
We must create change from the ground up.

But here’s what I need you to know: Lesotho has so much to offer to the world.
Our land, our people, our culture, our minds—we are sitting on untapped gold. But it’s not the government that will mine it. It’s you.

We must stop waiting. We must start building.

This is the generation that must build its own economy.

Start where you are.
Sell something. Grow something. Teach something. Learn something new.
Use your phone, your hands, your mind—and most importantly, each other.

Collaboration is our greatest weapon.
Compete less. Create more. Work together. Build together. Win together.

There is more power in unity than there will ever be in politics.

Stop begging to be included. Start owning the table.

Let us not fight over shrinking opportunities. Let us multiply them. Let us not ask for jobs—we must create them.

It won’t be easy. But nothing worthwhile ever is.

To every unemployed graduate, every street vendor, every young person stuck in the loop of “wait and hope”:
You are not broken. You are being reborn.

The system may have forgotten you. But you will be the ones to redesign the system.

So rise. With or without permission.
Rise. With or without funding.
Rise. With or without political backing.

The future of Lesotho is not in the hands of the politicians. It is in your hands.

I believe in you. I stand with you. I see your struggle—and I see your greatness.

This is not the end. This is the beginning.
