Stripes well earned I was privileged to attend the awards ceremony. I was nominated under the category of sport arts & culture for my contribution in bringing golf into my community of Meadowlands in Soweto. And now I know how celebrities feel like when they’re nominated and have to wait for the results. Thankfully I was honoured with the award alongside other young people doing amazing things in their respective communities and career fields. Once again, a big thank you to Rebongwe Primary School for being the humble grounds for this initiative and a huge thanks to .lgc for being the pillar of this initiative.
