Protect your legacy.

If you don’t draw up a legal Will before you pass away, dealing with your estate becomes a nightmare for your family - at a time when they already have so much else to cope with.

Here’s what could happen if you don’t have a Will -

Your estate, including your home or property, will get distributed according to South African law and not according to your wishes. This means people you may have wanted to inherit something won’t, and those you didn’t want to, might.

If your Will hasn’t been updated from your previous marriage, or you aren’t currently married to your partner, they may be left with nothing.

Instead of your children receiving their inheritance, it could pass directly to the Government Guardian’s Fund.

Ugly feuds that could split families could result from relatives and loved ones fighting over the distribution of your estate.

Without a Will-nominated professional executor, your estate could take years to wind up, and the Government will be in control of the entire process.

Make sure that your family is protected financially should anything happen to you.

It will only take a few minutes to protect your legacy.
