Happy 3rd Anniversary to Gemma Gems! 💕
I’ve been quiet this year because of all the changes in life - work picking up pace post-Covid, got engaged and prepared for wedding, am on honeymoon now and will be packing to move to London for awhile. 👫🏻 ✈️ ❤️

I still love wearing my Gemma Gems through the different seasons of my life and I hope you do too. 💎 gifted all my bridesmaids with this classic freshwater Pearl chain bracelet - definitely a keeper. 👭

Not sure if I will have a special collection before the big move, but I hope you will continue to stay here as I share bits of my life! 😄

Cheers to our 3rd year together & look forward to our 4th here! 😘

It’s World Mental Health Day! 🧠

A gentle reminder that mental health is just as important as physical health. 🧠💪🏻

It’s amazing how resilient our bodies and minds are! Like a rubber band, it can be stretched repeatedly with some pressure, and still return to its original form.
What’s scary is if we stretch it for too long or overstretch it, then we risk not being able to cope and possibly snap.

So to everyone out there, remember to listen to your mind and body, and take breaks to rest and recalibrate. 🧘🏻‍♀️ 🧘🏻‍♂️
Some ways could be a stretch break 🙌🏻, hold and admire your Gemma Gems bracelets 😍, drink some water💧.

There’s a Chinese saying, ‘休息是为了走更长的路’ or ‘to rest is to be able to walk a longer distance’, so yes, it is okay to take a break! ❤️

Sometimes when we are overwhelmed with strong feelings and negative thoughts of fear, anxiety and sadness, it’s useful to stop and calm down, focus on the facts and avoid catastrophising, and then actively think of ways to resolve the issue, if it can be, or the best possible way to move forward. 🙌🏻❤️

Change is gradual and can only happen if you are willing to let it happen. Change can be difficult but not changing makes life difficult sometimes. 💪🏻

It’s okay to not be okay. ✌🏻
