Menstrual Cycle Phases:

Menstrual Phase (Days 1-5): This phase marks the start of the menstrual cycle, characterized by the shedding of the uterine lining. Menstrual bleeding typically lasts around 3-7 days.

Follicular Phase (Days 1-14): During this phase, the pituitary gland releases follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), stimulating the ovaries to produce several follicles. One follicle will mature and release an egg.

Ovulatory Phase (Around Day 14): Around the middle of the cycle, a surge in luteinizing hormone (LH) triggers the release of the matured egg from the o***y. This is ovulation, which usually occurs around day 14 in a 28-day cycle.

Luteal Phase (Days 15-28): After ovulation, the ruptured follicle transforms into a structure called the corpus luteum, which produces progesterone. If the egg is not fertilized, the corpus luteum breaks down, leading to a drop in progesterone, and the menstrual cycle starts anew.

Cycle Length:

The menstrual cycle length can vary, with the average being around 28 days. However, cycles can range from 21 to 35 days and still be considered normal.
Hormonal Regulation:

Hormones play a crucial role in regulating the menstrual cycle. Key hormones include estrogen and progesterone, which are produced by the ovaries. The pituitary gland releases FSH and LH to control the maturation and release of eggs.
Menstrual Products:
