After working for years in retail and hearing what customers couldn't find, Designer Tracey decided to leave her 9-5 job and venture into the world of fashion

After a few months of research, learning and bag making (the best part!!!) .... GRAIL was born. By taking a few trendy bag designs and offering customers the chance to customise them, each bag becomes a unique work of art
