The work that Clementina Ceramics is displaying at this is inspired by design group, Memphis, founded by Italian designer Ettore Sottsass. Her love for the irregular use of bright colours and quirky off-centre geometric shapes and patterns is evident. Which in turn remind us of the paintings of the Russian Constructivist, Malevich, and also the mark making of Kandinsky and Miro.
