Meet the Team | The People Behind Your Vision
Meet Carin Moolman, the optometrist at our Longmarket Street practice.
With a special interest in myopia control, binocular vision, soft contact lens fitting and early disease detection, Carin sees optometry as problem solving. She believes great eye care starts with listening, taking the time to understand each patient’s concerns, and finding a solution that is best suited to their vision, lifestyle and long-term eye health.
Her favourite eyewear brand is Marc Jacobs, loved for its timeless, elegant and beautifully crafted designs.
Outside the practice, you'll find Carin spending quality time with family and friends, taking Harley the Frenchie on adventures, exploring new places, or enjoying a skinny flat white. ☕🐾
Her advice? Good vision doesn't always mean healthy eyes. Regular eye examinations are an important part of detecting problems early, before they affect your sight.
