We're looking for a live, hands on and top personality with experience, and qualities to undertake administrative duties in supporting Project Coordinators and familiarise yourself with our projects.

Key responsibilities:

1.General Office Management
2.Communication
3.Meeting and Travel Coordination
4.Record Keeping and Documentation
5.Financial Support
6.Administrative Support
7.Policy and Procedure Implementation
8.Supervision

Entry requirements:

1.APF Volunteering Form 2025
2.A detailed CV (Max 5 pages) + Motivational Letter
3.Police Clearance (or Proof of application)
4.Qualifications
5.Be fluent in communicating in two Western Cape dominated languages i.e. IsiXhosa, English or Afrikaans.
6.Experience will be advantageous
7.Tax Number document
8.Proof of Address (from City of Cape Town Ward Councillor)
9.Proof of bank account (NOT bank statement)
10.Ubuntu
