We're honored to let you know that is one of the sponsored brands taking part in the .co Sustainability Accelerator Africa 2022 in collaboration with .za and

As some of you may know I had been raising funds to do a Sustainable Fashion course at Polimoda in Florence, Italy. Due to on going set backs I had still not been able to raise the full balance for the course.

But, God came through and made a way for a different opportunity.

When this was presented I naturally jumped at the opportunity as it really dives into sustainability and makes it relatable. Discussions also covers sustainability within the African context.

Mentorship and lessons are presented by industry experts and the conversations always encourages greater collaboration.

This could not have come at a better time for us as we take time to once again slow down and reflect on our impact and greater value we as a brand bring to the world and your world.

How do you keep your life simple?

Here's our top 5:
1. Embracing the joys of aging gracefully in my appearance. Yes, this includes wrinkles and grey hair. Being confident in my own skin frees up loads of mental and emotional capacity to direct towards the important things (like creating better products for you lovely ladies)

2. Practicing the Joy of missing out. Once my heart and mind became content with missing out on that event or that beautiful summer beach day to instead catch up on some much needed rest, it actually resulted in better life balance.

3. Simplified beauty and skincare (we actually don't need a different type of soap for every part of our body.) Owning less products = less clutter and more money to save and invest for big goals and beautiful experiences.

4. Making time for your inner world. A healthy mind, a heart at peace, a spirit at rest makes for a simple life. Yes, not without challenges but, most importantly drama free.

5. Don't be afraid to have a "uniform". If you experience decision fatigue then simplify your wardrobe options. The advantage of developing your personal uniform is that it leaves a much impression. (Eg. Steve Jobs blakc turtle neck, blue jeans and sneakers)
