The concept is simple and yet ingenious as you can either earn money by re-selling your international branded treasures or purchase quality new or preloved couture. All our items are in pristine condition. While working for an international retail company and travelling the world, I was fortunate enough to purchase beautiful treasures from unique outlets to unique brands. Quite often I got emotionally attached to these pieces and throwing them away would be similar to ending a relationship. I wanted to share these treasured items with someone who’d value and appreciate them and receive a form of reward to be able to purchase more. I’m sure you have all had the same experience and therefore the CREM idea came to mind. There are many more reasons why we have clothing in our wardrobes that are not being worn, yet the hassle of clearing them out continues to be a hindrance. CREM offers you the opportunity to sell and buy old and new treasures, creating a change that is so often needed. Your treasures that you either send or deliver to us are posted online for other families to browse and purchase. You’ll support sustainability and contribute to our fundraising activities. This is also an opportunity to help your kids understand the importance of sustainability and re-use. Make "cleaning out" a family activity and talk about recycling. Browse through our range of new and preloved couture, which we've hand selected and certified for quality. You'll find your favorite brands or new beautiful brands you’d like to add to your collection. For the shoppers
• New treasures are uploaded on our CREM Couture page on a Tuesday evening at 20h00;
• Browse the albums and once you have found the items that you would like to purchase, comment ‘SOLD’ and we will respond with details to finalise your order;
• EFT payments must be made immediately after your order is confirmed and e-mail us proof of payment. The order will not be executed until receiving confirmation that payment has been made. Before processing your order, CREM will wait until your deposit has been cleared by our bank.
• All prices exclude postage and shipping;
• As most items are unique, sales are based on a 1st come 1st serve basis;
• Once the item is sold and payment has been made, the photo of that item will move to the SOLD album. For the sellers
• Your treasures can either be hand delivered or posted to us. Please email us for address details.
• All items are sold or held on a consignment basis;
• Please give us an indication of your selling price, between 50 -100% mark-up will added per item, depending on the requested selling price;
• CREM will assist with the guidance of pricing, when necessary;
• Once your treasures are sold and payment has been made, the photo of your item will move to the SOLD album;
• Thereafter, an EFT transfer will occur and payment should reflect in your banking account within 5 working days;
• Items not sold during the relevant season (e.g. Winter, Summer) will be removed and replaced if necessary. RETURN POLICY
• We will refund your Facebook purchases in full, provided that you return them to our address within 7 working days from receipt of your purchase;
• Please note: we will only refund for the value of the goods purchased and not the shipping. Refund requests received after 7 working days will not be considered
• Only products that are in the same condition as it was sent in, with the CREM tags attached, will be refunded. How to return a product
• Please send us an e-mail to [email protected] with your name and invoice number within 3 days of receiving your purchase.
• We need to receive the item within a 7 working day period from receipt of your purchase. Once we receive the item, we will refund your payment. Please allow up to 21 working days for processing.
