I'm Hylton Jacobs Owner and founder, with my wife Deidre by my side of this manufacturing we took our knowledge and experience together to establish this company to create job opportunities to youth and unemployed as well as physical disable people of South Africa and to sell affordable me most quality shoes to our community around us and touris from other countries.
Our mission is to fight and minimise imports of China, Brazil and India that brings unemployment in our country and need South Africans support.
There more designs and shoes we can provide but don't have the necessary machinery and looking for funding to build a successful company to serve our community with affordable shoes money can buy.
Me the owner have 30 years of experience in the shoe industry and did a course of basis shoemaking for operators and shoe technology at Atlone technicon work at Barker footwear for 11 years, Olympic flear for 6 years that close down, Green cross shoes for 6 years that sell most imports than making there own shoes, Chic Shoes for 3 years that was created through Olympic flear and closed because of imports, Turning point for more than three years that is also on the edge closing down and lastly at Umber Grovi for more than a year that also close down in 2017 all because of imports.
I want to establish Jumbo Shoes and make all kind of shoes for us South Africans and create job opportunities to the poor, educated and disabled unemployed with the help of any funding.
We are registered since February 2017 got BEE certificate and tex clearance.
Please support Jumbo Shoes to grow and be the number one shoe manufacturing in South Africa.
