BEFOK CAPS ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), as well as any other applicable acts. If you wish to return any item(s) you

have purchased, you can return the item(s) via courier to our online store within 14 days from the date of purchase. Address:

We encourage you to return your parcel via The Courier Guy traceable courier services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by BEFOK CAPS. Should the following conditions be the reason for your return BEFOK CAPS will cover the cost of the courier:
- Wrong items delivered to client
- Faulty product received by client
- Item not what the client intended to receive
Should the client want to return the product due to change of mind the client will be responsible for the cost of the return via courier. RETURN POLICY CONDITIONS
At BEFOK CAPS we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item or refund your original method of payment provided that:
• You return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• You produce your original BEFOK CAPS invoice/ purchase confirmation.
• The item is in original saleable condition.
• With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
• In an unworn, unopened and unused state
• In original packaging
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, BEFOK CAPS reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. BEFOK CAPS will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase. ONLINE EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
To request an online exchange or return, please click on the button below to enter our return center. Send email to [email protected] to state your intent to return
2. Coordinate with Couriers to have product returned to BEFOK CAPS
3. Inform us of the product you would like to return
4. Inform via email why you would like to return the product
5. A confirmation email will be sent confirming that your return request has been logged.
6. If your return request is approved, our customer service team will be in touch
7. If your return is not approved, our customer service team will be in contact and provide more information. Please note: a refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met and our warehouse has received the original item that is being returned and that the item is in good, saleable condition. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
