, collaborating with the Marzotto group for the well-known brand Gianfranco Ferré, she learns all the secrets and challenges of Italian fashion, skills that she later used to develop her own home collection Desperate MaMa. Fabrizio De Grandi, class 1974, was born in Syracuse but moved to Milan, where he completed his studies becoming a chemical engineer. In Milan, he began to work by conducting the management of chemical plants, pharmaceutical and industrial waste disposal, personnel management and cost / profit of the started task. Are these skills will be essential for the management of Desperate MaMa and to make the project grow and evolve over the years. Together, they decided to invest their skills and professional experiences on Desperate MaMa, choosing, after careful consideration, Cape Town as the ideal location to make it grow.
