✨ Peppermint Essential Oil for Sinus Relief ✨
When I feel congested, I love using a few drops of pure peppermint essential oil the menthol instantly helps open up my airways and gives a soothing, cooling feel.

Here’s how I safely use it:
💧 Add 2–3 drops to hot water and inhale the steam (keep eyes closed).
Or diffuse a few drops to clear the air and breathe easier.
You can also mix 1 drop with a carrier oil and apply gently to your chest or temples.

It’s refreshing, calming, and perfect for those days when you need to breathe deeply and unwind 💫
