We believe in women empowerment and many of our staff were domestic workers with little or no qualifications or experience in the embroidery industry. Owner, Isabell Botha, saw great potential in these vibrant, creative, and intelligent women and personally tra
ined them herself - upskilling them and teaching them the craft of sewing and equipping them to operate the intricate embroidery machinery. Madame Stitch offers personalised embroidery services for corporate clients with mass orders, but we happily accommodate clients with smaller, custom orders too. There is no minimum order policy. Our custom embroidery services include caps, shirts, dressing gowns, teddy bears, sports apparel, linen, towels, hoodies, laundry bags, and many other items. We specialise in made-to-order bridal robes for the bride, bridesmaids, mother-of-the-bride and extended bridal party in a wide variety of fabrics and colours, and with a luxurious, superior-quality finish. We sell embroidery machines for personal use (hobbies and small businesses) as well as machines for corporate use. (People wanting to open their own embroidery businesses on a larger scale.)
