I am really passionate about Loslappie, it is part of my Cultural and diversified community and its rich linguistic heritage. Thank you to the Cape Coloured, their easy and casual conversations and pick up lines comes so natural. It is not unusual for Coloureds to
combine the two languages of Afrikaans & English in a distinctive, informal local dialect. It is especially heard in humour and in light-hearted songs. You can almost say that Loslappie is part of the Rainbow Nation that is how I see it. Many people might think of it as the girl standing on the corner. I want people to have fun with the name and enjoy it. It is simply just a Slang in a nice way and how to connect to others, also very funny, retro, inspiring, classic, cute, silly, lame and crazy. My Character, allowed me to take Loslappie further into the Market place, therefore I decided to do something with my creative Soul. Since my inception of the Trade Mark Loslappie I have had fun with the name and the garments truly say it all. I want to create Loslappie for the young and old, the garments must at all times relate to the name. I want the ladies to either dress her up or dress her down.
