In addition to tasting good, apples are easy to digest and contain both insoluble and soluble fiber.🤩

One small apple contains 3,6 grams of fiber.

Insoluble fiber helps to move food through your intestines,

Soluble fiber absorbs water and can make it easier for little ones to have a bowel movement.💩

When toddlers eat a wider variety of foods, soluble fiber helps to reduce the amount of fat and cholesterol absorbed from the foods they eat and flush it away when they have a bowel movement.
