My newest project. A chevron baby blanket

Have you ever wondered what to do with your fresh herbs from your garden? You don't want them to go to waste.

Take your herbs and chop them finely and remove all the stalks. Put them into ice trays, then fill your ice trays with olive oil and freeze them.

Once they are frozen you can put them into zip lock bags, mark each bag with the type of herb being stored and put them in your freezer.

When you need to use them just take out as many blocks as you need, and place them in your frying pan or pot and the olive oil will melt and the herbs will be cooked with your food.

It is so easy.
