vintage button treasures found

i remember hours of fun sorting through the hundreds of vintage buttons from my grandmother's collection. i'd pour the buttons out of the massive tin onto the carpet and marvel and the colours and textures. a collection started by my great-grandmother and continued by my grandmother, i always wanted an assortment of treasures just like it. while i've taken a few select treasures from that collection, i've been searching for months for a place where i can find old buttons to start my own collection.
