❌ EXCLUDED:
• Travel/accommodation costs for suppliers
• Physical flower costs according to couple’s preference
• Catering
• Waiters & bar staff
• Venue accommodation
⚠️ TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Prize is non-transferable & not redeemable for cash
• Wedding date is subject to the availability of ALL participating suppliers
• If a supplier is unavailable on the chosen date, an alternative 2027 date must be selected or replacements arranged at the winner’s own cost
• THE VENUE reserves the right to amend giveaway details if necessary
• By entering, participants agree to marketing use of wedding photos/videos/content
• Final decision rests with the promoter
