I’ve noticed a few things as a boutique owner 🤍

Firstly, so many of us are critical of our bodies before we have even tried something on.

Secondly, I am completely in the same boat. When I got these pictures back my first thought was not kindness towards myself. But then I reminded myself that just 5 months ago I almost died bringing my beautiful little boy into the world.

These things take time.

Our bodies change, carry us through seasons, and deserve a little more grace than we often give them. Just a reminder to all of us, myself included, to be a little kinder to ourselves.
