Duties;
Liaises with sales and planning dept to determine customer requirements.
Develop production schedules determing all tasks with completion dates.
Monitor production progress
Manage workforce and interact with all staff members
Troubleshoot problems that emanate during production process.
Ensure proper planning of all production processes.
Manage collection of data and workers perfomances
Oversea and review reports about production processes for upper management and suggestions on a way forward.
