🥐✨ Super Soft Homemade Croissants ✨🥐
Flaky outside, pillowy-soft inside 😍 bakery-style at home!

🧾 Ingredients

Dough
• 3½ cups all-purpose flour 🌾
• ¼ cup sugar 🍬
• 1 tsp salt 🧂
• 2¼ tsp instant yeast 🧁
• 1 cup warm milk 🥛
• 3 tbsp soft butter 🧈

Butter Layer
• 1 cup cold butter (unsalted) 🧈

For brushing
• 1 egg 🥚 + 1 tbsp milk 🥛

👩‍🍳 Steps

1️⃣ Make dough
Mix flour, sugar, salt & yeast. Add milk + butter. Knead until smooth.

2️⃣ First rise
Cover and rest 1 hour until doubled.

3️⃣ Laminate
Roll dough, place cold butter in center, fold & roll.
Fold 3 times, chilling 20 min between folds ❄️

4️⃣ Shape
Roll thin, cut triangles, roll into croissants 🥐

5️⃣ Final rise
Rest 45–60 min until puffy.

6️⃣ Bake
Brush with egg wash. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 18–22 min until golden 🔥

✨ Tips for EXTRA softness
• Don’t over-flour
• Keep butter cold
• Let them rise well before baking

500grams of Rama/Woodenspoon

I don’t use eggs because some clients don’t consume eggs

You can add 1 Cup of vanilla custard- optional
