Frolik Baby was started with nothing but pure passion, determination and a believe that the rest will follow.

Frolik Baby was the birth of new purpose, fulfilment and a rewarding creative outlet for us. Personally, I have felt alive during a very dark time when I could keep myself busy with sewing, designing, orders, planning, marketing, markets and everything in between. Our little family has faced a difficult thing the past year. What I thought would be a time to grow this into a sustainable income has become a time full of difficult change, impossible demands and big adjustment for our little family.

I have been thinking about this day for a long while now. I have realized and decided to make the final decision to close for orders.

The support has blown me away. Each and every order brought hope and new motivation not to give up. However, each order became more difficult to fulfil due to huge daily demands and struggling to balance life as a single mom. I have sadly not performed at the standard that I have set for myself with the last bundle of orders and I am truly sorry. But know that wherever you are, your order filled a cupboard, a dinner plate, a petrol tank, a shelve in the fridge – we have survived thanks to the support of Frolik customers. There simply are no words to express my gratitude.

The silver lining and last fun round will be a lekker sale on market and pop-up shop stock that we have kept safely stored. They are ready to be worn and celebrated by precious littles.

Keep popping back to see as they are loaded here, there are some gorgeous pieces up for grabs.

This might not be a final goodbye, but perhaps only a ‘see you later’…
