Here's the story behind this pic:
I started crocheting about 9 months ago to see if I could. (Also: knitting needles are a pain to carry in your handbag.)
It didn't take me long to notice the benefits it held in terms of my mental health, sensory perception issues, and .
It's rare I've taken to a skill as fast and well as I have crochet.
So, the picture: I read while I crochet in the evenings. I crocheted this rectangle to support my and hold my hooks. It occurred to me last night that I probably don't give myself enough credit (in general, but also) for my ability to be both creative and practical, and to problem-solve.
