AVAILABLE ✨ 1940s Susie Cooper demitasse saucers. These six saucers are a pretty unusual find and someone needs to save me from turning them into a project. They’re part of one of Cooper’s Art Deco ‘Kestrel’ designs, although this stone and rusty red coloured pattern doesn’t seem to have had a name. A coffee cup, saucer and bowl of this pattern are, however, included in the Victoria & Albert Museum’s ceramics collection, so they must appreciate it as much as I do! The six saucers are in excellent condition - very minor wear but no chips or cracks. Marked with the Susie Cooper Crown Works Burslem stamp, 12cm in diameter.

AVAILABLE ✨ Vintage boxed Covetro Italy ‘Luxor’ dual purpose egg cups/candle holders. A set of six unused mint condition glass cups - use them for boiled eggs, or for tealight candles which they hold perfectly. Made in Italy, probably ‘80s or early ‘90s; the box shows a little wear. The cups are about 5cm square in size and they’re marked Covetro Italy on the underside.

1970s/80s candle holders by Funny Design, West Germany. I’m always tickled by the whimsical items Funny Design produced. This trio comes straight from the era of ‘Tatty Teddy holding a heart, from Cardies for Valentine’s Day’ - iykyk. They hold a slim candle (cathedral tapers, I think) and are in brilliant condition bar a few minor scuffs to the red paint. 8cm x 3cm.

Vintage Italian ceramic storage jar. All of the adorable in this mid century basket-weave style pot with a lid of cascading flowers! It’s beautifully clean inside and has an airtight seal so it is fully functional for storage. It has its original Balboa Italy sticker on the underside; there is a chip on the foot on the side of the jar, where it is fortunately inconspicuous. 15cm tall.

Mid century eagle or hawk wall hangings. This magnificent pair is quite a bit bigger than the usual vintage wall hangings of ducks or pheasants. They resemble the Bossons eagles, and are also chalkware, but differ in colour slightly. Both have sustained a few chips over the years, the one bird more than the other - please see the photos; they’re ready to hang with rings and/or a wire each. The one with wings spread measures about 37cm x 37cm x 27cm, and the other about 30cm x 23cm.

1960s Pyrex ‘Weardale’ oven dishes, Made in England. Isn’t this cheerful coral pink collection just delightful to look at? Included here are an oval casserole dish and four individual sized round ones (plus a fifth with a chipped handle free). The round ones look unused and apart from very minor scratches from storage, are in mint condition. The oval one has a bit of wear on the outside, but no other damage - please see photos. No lids available for them.

SOLD ✨ Mid century ceramic swan vase or planter. This breathtaking beauty brings the wow factor wherever she goes! She’s massive (18.5cm tall, 21cm long and 14cm wide), a charming blush pink in colour, and very graceful in expression. She’s also in superb condition for her mid century vintage with a tiny amount of wear to the pink paint, and a miniscule hairline crack near her tail feathers (last photo).

AVAILABLE ✨ Mid century Japanese nodding birds cruet set. An utterly charming little gem: a porcelain stand with lidded mustard pot in the centre, and two bird shakers which bob their heads towards the mustard pot (or away from it, if you like). The set is in perfect condition apart from the cork stoppers in the salt and pepper cellars.

Mid century milk glass vase, planter or flower bowl by E.O. Brody Company (USA). This lovely multi-functional ribbed container dates to between the late 1950s and early ‘70s, when bowls like this were used by florists for gift posies and arrangements. The milk glass is beautifully white and the bowl has no cracks or chips. 12cm tall and about 14cm in diameter. It is marked with the company name and ‘Cleve. Ohio U.S.A’ on the underside.
