"Oh, I was sceptical! I’ve always been icky about that time of the month but something about the way Sherie spoke about the experience on a panel last month just brought the science and practicality into play and once I got the mind switch, I had gusto to try and I did. It was the gentlest, most honest period I’ve ever experienced, the quick wicking away of the product and the lack of 'period smell' because it’s such a well thought out product, void of unnecessary chemicals and hormone disruptors. Best of all not being exposed to those for days puts the dignity and ownership of your period back in your hands. You can tell the product was made for women, by women. Well done team!"

No, it’s actually much better to wash them at home after school. 🙂

If you need to change your pad during the day, you can simply clip the used pad closed with the soiled side safely folded inside and place it in your school bag until you get home.

Because Palesa Pads are cloth pads without harsh chemicals, there’s no strong smell like you often get with disposable pads. ✨

The pads are also made from stain-resistant fabric, so you can still be washed easily later at home.

A used Palesa Pad is clipped closed with the soiled area safely folded inside. The waterproof layer helps contain everything neatly, and the blood dries within the pad, so it does not leak as many people imagine.

Most school lunches are also packed separately in lunchboxes or bags, and many school bags have separate compartments or pockets that can be used if needed.
