DAMAGES AND RETURNS
Each item is inspected before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.
In the unlikely event that items are damaged or the incorrect stock was delivered, please contact Bulela Creations within 5 business days of receipt of damaged or incorrect stock.
After 5 business days we will accept no returns for any damaged stock.
Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging and we will gladly replace damaged items with the same stock or similar.
All our shoes come with a 6 month warranty and this covers any manufacturing faults, but excludes wear and tear.
In the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing fault on any item, please contact Bulela Creations with a detailed description of the defective item, a photo as well as a copy of the sales invoice to your client to show when the product was sold.
We will either replace the product with the same product or a similar product, and should we not have any replacement options, we will gladly credit your account and request that the faulty or defective items be sent back to our warehouse.
In the event that you have ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange for a different size, we will gladly assist subject to availability of stock.
You will however be liable for the courier charges to exchange, and please ensure that the incorrect size item is sent back in its original packaging i.e. no stickers or writing on the boxes!!
Bulela Creations does not have a buy back policy, so please ensure that you have mastered your market research before placing an order.
