Just came from the river for myself and daughter. Long overdue but have been busy doing my duties for the others. I seem to put myself on the back banner a lot sometimes.

The way I become so lazy when I have to do it for myself😪. I push through everytime. I feel so light and rejuvenated!

Everytime when you have to go and cleanse, the bad energies they pull you down so much that you end up not going and that's a very bad thing for you. Push through! Fight and go hard. It always pays off in the end.
