Store-to-store parcel service. Every pep, pep home, pep cell and shoe city store across south africa is a paxi point. Go to the chosen paxi point and collect your parcel using your proof of identity (ID, Passport or driver's license) and the collection pin you received via SMS. If you are able to collect, please inform me on the exact date and time you'd like to collect so I can schedule someone to be there to hand you your delivery if I am not available. Please note that if you make an EFT, the payment for your order needs to be reflecting in our account before you can collect. Return Policy:
I do not accept any returns or refunds on item(s) if it is size related. Please refer to the size guide and I have made a video showing you how to measure your body in order to prevent size related returns. However, if the fault is ours, we will then accept returns and find a way to fix the issue at hand. π«Ά
