Today, I’m reflecting on a year filled with new experiences, challenges, and immense personal growth. As I celebrate my birthday, I’m reminded of the importance of leadership in every aspect of life — from professional spaces to personal connections.

This past year, I’ve deepened my understanding of leadership, not just as a title but as a responsibility to inspire, uplift, and guide others.
