One of my all time favourite colour combos: blue and red. This beautiful colour combo is steadily becoming my favourite Easy Shirt colourway… ag I’m joking! I can’t choose! They are so so lovely, and each colour combo tells a different story. This one we called Lobster Search 🦞 🌊- not hunt - because I think they are so magical alive 🤣😊💙❤️🥰 To take a deep dive on a clear blue day and spot a bit of red amongst the rocks and kelp. It’s a dreamy adventure kind of a colour combo.

When you know you know. How to style your Easy Shirt and Painter Pants?? Together! Forever! 😂
No but seriously, these are SUCH comfortable, cosy, warm and regulating clothes I find it VERY hard to wear anything else atm. Also the fact that the Easy Shirt and Painter Pants are made from COTTON corduroy, not the polyester versions, it regulates so well and you can, actually, wear them 3 or 4 times before washing in winter as the cotton doesn’t wrap your body in a plastic bag as polyester does.

How do you a choose an outfit for a special date with good friends? That’s what I wanted to “feel” when choosing what I wore for the first episode of the lekker talk series: Collecting Hue (you) where I want to celebrate local brands and fellow creatives who I think are simply funtastic!
• So: I chose two of my fav colours and made sure they are in the same tone - our new Easy Shirt makes thát super easy as it’s pre-designed like that (you’re welcome 🤗 ❤️🩷) !
• I then paired it with a muted pink pair of Painter pants (unfortunately thís colour is sold out) for more of a pink presence
- this makes the whole outfit still look strong - with the red - but calm and friendly with the majority pink in the outfit.
Friendly yet bold. I love it. And also love the subtle texture our cotton corduroy gives 🥳🥰

Who will be the lucky owner of this ONCE off, only one ever made coat!? Style this cotton corduroy coat over any outfit, it brings such joy and makes a soft, but solid statement of: I am here, yes, I am a colour collector.
It is almost exactly like the one my amazing friend is wearing in the last slide’s video - except for the orange on that coat the pockets are a vintage pink! It is exquisitely pretty and versatile. I can’t believe this coat has not been booked yet! There’s only one! Once you book it, you decide your size. I’ve decided to stop trying to be someone I’m not! I LOVE celebrating and championing other people - obviously I’m still working my ass off building my own brand, living life to the full and challenge myself, but I just get SO tired of showing up here everyday only talking about myself and my own stuff! I LOVE what I do and literally wear my own designed clothes from every single day (please go support me too! 🤩😆) , but I completely believe in community and supporting people and building bridges and shouting well done to people who try hard things! So yay! Let’s collect a bit of pure unadulterated celebration of each other in this little colourful corner of the world.
This “series” will be called: Collecting hue! Colourful stories of inspiring people who live life in full colour. My first colourful human celebration/shout out will be . Tune in Tomorrow morning, (or afternoon, I get super anxious about being late, so if I give myself the - “or afternoon” - my nervous system can function better) for cheering on a great fellow creator and woman making magic while doing really hard things.

Why do we use so much corduroy? Well. Let me tell you!
- We do NOT ever want to use synthetic fibres in our clothes.
- Finding winter fabric in South Africa that’s warm with NO synthetics in them is a massive challenge, but cotton corduroy luckily is here!
- We are always looking for more ways to bring you comfort and joy in the clothes you wear without having to sacrifice this decision .
