Pricing
Bella Embroidery prices and products are subject to change. Promotional terms only apply in the period stated. This quote is valid for 30 days. A digitizing/set up fee will be charged with every order. A rush fee will be charged if orders are expected to be finished within 3-5 days. Availability

Whilst Bella Embroidery very much encourages the embroidery of your own items and utmost care will be taken during the embroidery process, there is always a possibility of damage occurring. As a result, we can only accept items on the understanding that:
Items are clean and free from impurities that may be hazardous to personnel and machines. Embroidery of own items is undertaken entirely at the customers own risk, Bella Embroidery will not be liable for damage of any kind. For the purposes of these terms, ‘own items’ refers to any textiles intended for embroidery which is the property of a third party. Sending Bella Embroidery your own items for embroidery indicates acceptance of these terms in full. Bella Embroidery reserves the right to refuse client-supplied items that the seller deems to be unsuitable for the embroidery process. Bella Embroidery takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond my control. Please note that Bella Embroidery cannot be responsible for:
Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer. Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process. Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size. Please examine the design carefully and correct any mistakes prior to signing the quotation and placing your order. The digitizing file stays the property of Bella Embroidery. Payment of the embroidery is only for the stitch-out of the file. Payment policy
Upon accepting your quote a 75% deposit is required to start the work, and full balance upon completion, before delivery. Banking details are supplied on page 1 below the quote. Return policy
Under no circumstances will Bella Embroidery issue returns, exchanges, or reimbursements on items that have already been monogrammed with the customization a customer ordered themselves. As per my Embroidery Disclaimer, I am not responsible for incorrectly typed information that the customer provides themselves. If an item is processed incorrectly and it was Bella Embroidery who made the error, reimbursement will be communicated between Bella Embroidery and the customer. I do this on a case-by-case basis. The original item has been returned to me before reimbursing can take place. Shipping information
Shipping prices vary based on the weight and size of each item. If you are ordering multiple items at one time, shipping will calculate based on the dimensions and weight. Once a package leaves my possession, I have no control over when it will arrive, so keep that in mind if you need a package sooner. If you would like to order something and pick it up personally, please arrange before placing an order. If you will have someone else picking you’re your item(s), please notify me in writing. Bella Embroidery will not be responsible if they lose or misplace your item(s) and will not issue a refund, exchange, or any other form of reimbursement. Full payment has to be made before any item(s) are handed over. NO EXCEPTIONS.
