If you can ruin my friendships with a rumor, do me a favor and please ruin them.

If you can shake anything against me in my life, please do it.

I don't have the time and energy to fight for things that are easily persuaded.

If it doesn't bring me peace, fulfillment and love, I didn't have any room for it in my life to begin with.

Date that man.

Date the man who who has genuine intentions with you and never leaves you guessing where you stand in his life.

Date the man who stops the car on a backroad on a cool summer night and dances with you in front of the headlights to your favorite country song.

Date the man who looks at you from across the room while you're reading a book and drinking some wine and thinks to himself "how blessed he truly is to have someone like you in his life."

Date a man who will guard your heart and destroy anything meant to harm you with loyalty running so deep in his veins that he gets physically ill at the thought of betrayal.

Date the man who gently runs his fingers through your hair and tells you how much he appreciates you and everything you do ... never goes unnoticed.

Date a man who traces your facial features and the valleys and crevices of your body with his fingertips so he can remember every detail about you when he misses you.

Date the man who will take time out of his day to write you a handwritten letter about how much you have changed his life since the first day he had laid his eyes upon you and how blessed he is to have someone so exquisitely beautiful come into his life so calmy and unexpectedly.

Take my advice and date the man who touches your heart in ways you never thought were imaginable.

S*x is very cheap these days, anybody can buy it. You need to build yourself beyond s*x. Get a life for yourself. Be independent. Leave make ups and be a productive lady. Men are looking for ladies with ideas and solution (great thinkers and problem solvers) not those who paint their faces with different colours. What a man wants is beauty with brain not make ups with b***s or hips.

My message to you.

This is for the woman who is healing from the trauma that nobody apologized for.

This is for the woman who was fired because she was late to work for the third time this month all because she had been awake for days up on end with her sick child.

This is for the single mom who doesn't know how she is going to afford winter clothes for her child because her child's father left as soon as he found out she was pregnant.

This is for the woman who has gone through multiple miscarriages and has tried for years without success but still shows up to all of her friends baby showers.

This is for the woman who has a line of judging eyes at her and her children as she slides her welfare card across the counter at the grocery store.

This is for the woman that opens the door to the news of her husband being killed overseas three weeks before he was to return home.

This is for the woman that gives to her family every single day and just needs a small break from reality.

This is for the woman that puts on a smile every single day for people she doesnt know but as soon as she goes to bed, she falls asleep in a puddle of her own tears.

This is for the woman that heard the rumor about herself at church last Sunday.

This is for the woman who's partner punishes you for the mistakes made by the ones behind you.

This is for the woman whose genetics will never allow her to look like the ones in the magazines.

This is for the woman that endures one broken relationship after another because there was no father around to teach her what love actually looked like.

This is for the woman raising a fatherless daughter and praying that history doesn't repeat itself.

This is for the woman falling asleep every night wondering if she still matters.

Let me tell you something ......

Everything you do on a daily basis never goes unnoticed and I respect and admire you for who you truly are as a person.

Never do this.

Never teach your partner .... how to be your partner.

Never ask them to text you throughout the day to check on your mental health.

Never ask them to make a reservation at your favorite restaurant unannounced.

Never ask them to make you a warm bubble bath after you had a long day after work.

Never beg them to acknowledge your existence.

The right person will do all this and more.

Find someone who has has always dreamt about having someone like you .... ever since they were a child.

Find someone that shows you how much you truly mean to them with every day that passes.

Find someone who not only says "I love you" but proves it to you with their actions.

Find someone who hurts other people's feelings to protect yours.

Find someone who supports your dreams and life goals.

Find someone who knows it's not about giving you the world, but to only make you a priority in theirs.

Find someone who chases you long after .... they already have you.

Find someone who traces the valleys and crevices of your body with their fingertips to remember every detail about you when they miss you.

Take my advice and wait for this person ... because the longer you entertain what's not meant for you ..... the longer you postpone what is.

If I'm dating you.

If I'm going to date you and we are going to be exclusive and I'm going to prioritize you in a significant number of ways I have expectations of you.

This means you're not going to go out and get excessively drunk. You're not going to be entertaining people on social media by posting pictures of yourself to gain the wrong attention. You're not going to be keeping streaks on snapchat with people that like you.

I'm not going to give you my exclusivity if you voluntarily put yourself in those situations.

It's perfectly reasonable for someone to come to the table and say these particular things but unfortunately most people are afraid to say what they expect because they are afraid they will lose this person.

Let me tell you something .... if you lose someone that behaves like this and consistently disrespects you ..... you need to accept this person for who they are and leave them where they belong.
