Once one places an order, they are obliged to pay for the item. We do not accept returns simply because of costs of bringing items into the country. Payment depends on the total bill. Orders below K400 are to be paid in cash. Orders over K400 but less than K1000 are to be paid in two instalments, first instalment on delivery, and the other instalment within 4 weeks. Orders over K1000 are also paid in two instalments, first instalment on delivery, and the second instalment over 6 weeks. The price displayed on the item is the only price to be paid, unless one resides outside lusaka, then one would have to pay for delivery outside town. We endeavour to deliver items within two weeks of orders being confirmed, unless there are unforeseen delays. We have an order period of 3 weeks every month, in which items are showcased and orders can be made.
