The reminder of Easter has been so wonderful this year as we sat and chatted to our boys about it. I think the hardest part is trying to keep the story of the Cross, and how gruesome it was, to be as simple as possible. But I think that is it. It’s not simple, it was bloody and so painful but so beautiful and the earlier in my boys lives they can realize this great Love, the better.
We hide a lot from our kids because of their age and understanding, but still at my age I cannot understand this incredible sacrifice.
I say Jesus.
