moody reds, bold signage, statement pieces and a touch of fabric draping for ‘s on trend 21st birthday set

this is the set up for you if you want something with trending elements but still completely unique to your event

with XL backdrops, layered and 3D elements to create a statement look, and decor that extends beyond the backdrop with the entry table too

wondering how this set up came to life?
Nina first sent us a few inspo pictures ~ we used elements from this such as having a pillar backdrop, fabric drapping and red florals and then creativity led to something completely unique and different by bringing in our style and fair ~ with elements like multiple different sizes of rectangles, a pillar backdrop that curved inwards, custom text design, the way we styled the fabric and having this on both sides, a mixture of floral layouts placed intentionally to balance the look and the overall layout and design

we are not the company that will replicate another businesses work ~ instead we will work with you to come up with something that is unique, different and high quality bringing in trending elements without the set up being a carbon copy

this colour combo has to be one of our favourites and yes this might be because yellow and pink are Kyra’s (one of our founders) favourite colours! together they are bright, whimsical, joyful and definitely on trend at the moment

we loved transforming the for Kelsi’s 21st birthday

with the fabric welcome sign with long bows and pink/yellow florals greeting guests on arrival, and flowing into the entry table with guestbook & bud base, through the scattered bud vases on the tables and to the star of the show the backdrop (styled with florals, signage, plinths and all the texture!)

plus we can’t forget the XL bar menu that mixes functional with style letting guests take in all the drinks from further away, and keeping the line (and fun) moving onto the dance floor quicker

having matching items throughout the venue really tied the full event together

the colours and styles in these florals were carefully selected to be soft and delicate, paired back & styled with neutral browns, creams and whites for arrangements that are dreamy and buttery

the full set up for Daniela’s 21sts birthday is cohesive and coordinated ~ from the backdrops to the mirror sign, backdrop signage and florals, the card box to the personalised guestbook, cake plinth and florals, to the bar menu ~ every detail was considered and styled as one full look
