Team up by one!! Where my starters at!!

It’s been quite a while since we’ve been active on here, and I want to tell you how Up By One started and what’s been happening since then.

As some of you may know, I had an accident back in Nov last year which saw me break my tibia (shin bone) and shatter my ankle. I had several operations and had to wear a metal frame on my leg until March this year.

During this time all I could do was lay on my back and watch tv, and NBA was one of the many things I watched.

With the NBA, a son and his mates obssesed with basketball, and alot of time to think, Up By One was born.

Since late April this year I have returned to my regular job, which has taken some time to get used to. This in turn means Up By One has taken a back seat, but definetly not forgotten.

We are always coming up with new designs, and will get these out on the socials and website over time.

Up By One appreciates all the support people have shown, physical or social, and with that we thank you.

No matter where you are in life, with a fight back, you can always be Up By One and that’s the best team to be on👊🏻🏀
