3 TIPS FOR MANAGING DRY EYES 💧👁️

Dry, gritty, or tired eyes can sneak up on you — especially after long days at the screen or in our dry Calgary air. A few small habits can help:

✅ Take screen breaks — try the 20-20-20 rule (every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds).
✅ Stay hydrated and use a humidifier indoors when the air feels dry.
✅ Talk to your optometrist about lubricating drops and a tailored management plan.
