SORBAS is a Berlin based brand for contemporary shoes. We manufacure light weight and flexible sneakers that are manufactured by small family enterprises as opposed to mass production. Our shoes and sneakers are made of innovative natural materials such as waterproof organic cotton, leather or plant-based fake leather. With our projects we support local shoemakers and the regions our shoes are produced in.

Nicht jeder Klassiker beginnt als Klassiker.

Der Oxford entstand vor über 200 Jahren an der Universität Oxford. Studenten wollten sich von den damals üblichen hohen Stiefeln lösen, hin zu einem Schuh, der leichter, bequemer und alltagstauglicher war.
Aus dieser einfachen Idee entstand eine Silhouette, die bis heute Bestand hat.
Manche Designs müssen nicht neu erfunden werden. Nur gut gemacht!
