Lily Collins was spotted in this bold look while filming Season 6 of Emily in Paris in June. While the mix of prints caught our eye, it’s the mix of designers that tells the real story. Her outfit is anchored by a coordinated sleeveless jacket and pants by Paris-based , with Italian brands P.A.R.O.S.H. (blouse) and AQUAZZURA (shoes) also playing key roles. Her bag is by American-founded TORY BURCH, and her open-concept ring is from a local Greek designer ✨Striking Handmade Jewelry ✨ (perhaps picked out while visiting Gabriel!).

There’s no question that Emily’s personal style has greatly evolved during her time in Europe. But I continue to be amazed at the narrative details - how Marylin Fitoussi incorporates designers representing all phases of Emily’s life and journey into one outfit: American, French, Italian, and now a touch of Greek. It shows us that Emily’s experiences are not only shaping her identify, but enabling her to express that identity through fashion.

One of the most romantic looks of the season 💕 In what would have been a perfect engagement style for Emily, wore this beautiful ensemble in Season 5, Episode 10 during the final scenes filmed in Venice. In addition to the lovely colors and tones, the textures added so much hidden dimension.

The dress by is actually woven, not embroidered, using what the designer describes as a “trompe l’oeil raffia effect” that creates photorealistic elements using weaving, delicate beadwork, and fine stitches. Accessorized with other distinct textures including a straw hat by , crystal beaded bag by , and sheer tulle gloves by , Costume Designer Marylin Fitoussi shows us that appearances aren’t always as they seem. When you examine more closely, sometimes the real story is in how something feels, not just how it looks. In the case of Emily and Marcello, while it appeared to be a perfect fit and all the pieces were falling into place, something didn’t feel right for her and she knew in her heart she had to move on. As heartbreaking as this scene was, both Emily and Marcello showed incredible grace and love for one another.

Sending massive congratulations to the team at Emily in Paris for their much deserved Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Nominations! They were recognized for their achievements in two categories:
✨Outstanding Contemporary Costumes in a Series
✨Outstanding Contemporary Hairstyling

As both nominations were for the same submitted episode, we wanted to celebrate this milestone with a tribute to the wonderful (Emmy-nominated!) designs of Season 5, Episode 10 “Veni, Vidi, Venezia”.

In putting this together, you can truly recognize the scope and magnitude of what this episode achieved. In addition to having multiple wardrobes changes for each primary and supporting character, the team had to create an entire fashion show AND fashion line for Marcello’s debut. If that wasn’t enough, all of this was executed on location in a new city - with a climate that is distinctly different (and more humid!) than their base city of Paris. An incredible feat for both the Costuming and HMU departments.

🎥 And for what it’s worth, I believe Cinematography deserved a nomination for this episode as well. These stills are absolutely stunning and it was a joy to choose from such a beautifully framed assortment.

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸 We loved this Season 5, Episode 6 storyline of Emily in Paris, in which Emily heads to the U.S. Embassy to celebrate the holiday with fellow American ex-pats. After so many adventures across Europe, it was nice to see her reconnect with her roots and make new friends! (And pilfer the secret grocery store!)
