We always want you to feel confident and happy when shopping with Robins and Roses, so we’ve put together a simple guide to our returns policy. 🛍️✨
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unworn and unaltered condition, with all original tags attached and a receipt provided.
For change-of-mind returns, we don’t offer refunds unless the item is faulty. Instead, we’re very happy to offer an exchange or credit note. ❤️
We hope this makes things nice and clear, but as always, if you have any questions at all, please just ask — we’re always happy to help. 🌹

8️⃣ hours after setting off, thanks to the Bank Holiday madness on the roads 🫣… we’re finally back in the Shire! 🏡🌹
We’ve had the loveliest little break in Norfolk, spending time with family and enjoying a much-needed switch off. ❤️
Now it’s time to get back to the Boutique, and I’m SO looking forward to catching up with all my lovely ladies! 🥰 I can’t wait to hear what you’ve all been up to, have a good old catch-up and, of course, get stuck into all the gorgeous 🆕ness that’s arrived while I’ve been away! ✨
Although, before I get too carried away, I think I’ll be glued to my laptop for the foreseeable future… catching up on absolutely everything I’ve managed to let slide during the last six weeks of summer holidays! 😂💻☕️
