🎉 884 OF YOU… CAN WE MAKE IT 1,000? 🎉

I’ve been looking at our little corner of the creative world and realised that Fabric Paper Scissors has been sitting at around 884 followers for what feels like FOREVER! 😂✂️

So, I’ve set myself a little challenge.

Can we find 116 more lovely people to join our creative community? ❤️

If you love what we do here at Fabric Paper Scissors — our workshops, our wonderful tutors, our crafty chaos, the tea, the homemade cake and all the lovely people who pull up a chair at our table — I’d love your help.

✨ Follow our page if you don’t already.
✨ Invite a friend who loves making things.
✨ Share this post with someone who could do with a little more creativity in their life.

You never know, your next crafty companion might be just one share away!

Let’s see if we can get this little community to 1,000 followers. Who’s in? 🙋‍♀️

Thank you for being part of our creative journey. It really does mean a lot. ❤️

Something a little different for
Me today. I went to cooking class. On my list of requirements a
Pair of socks and a food container.

Socks where for keeping my feet warm whilst I cooked in the
home of my host. Had an absolutely scrumptious day learning about the Reunion Islands and making a selection of traditional dishes. Then of course sat and ate what we’d prepared.

Leftovers came home. Amazing flavours and learnt some great techniques! Highly recommend a visit to Gourmandises. Thank you Corinne 👩🏻‍🍳

The fabulous came to the studio a couple of weeks ago for a fabulous day of slow stitching.

I’ve finally got my stitched real leaves mounted and on the wall. I’m really rather pleased with the results!

Back at the start of the summer I shared with you some scrumptious fabric I purchased from With munchkin No7 imminent and the change in the weather for cozy studio days, work has commenced. I have to say the fabric is not only its bea to look at its beautiful it work with too. So won’t be long before it’s finished. The confidence to start my own quilt with no pattern comes from workshops Ive attended at the studio. Simple patchwork blocks lets the fabric shine!
