Abhinav promotes the whole value chain of Tasar Silk production. It provides marketing linkages to tribal tasar cocoon rearers. It runs spinning and reeling centres for production of Tasar yarn. SC/ ST/ minorities and other weaker sections of society get multiple opportunities for employment, earning and self-reliance. Weaving and technique of tasar fabric production such as dyeing, kantha stitch, applique, zardozi, block and hand painting are also being done. Abhinav involves freelance designers of NID & NIFT to keep abreast of competition and changing times. A dedicated stitching unit has been created with state of the art facility. We provide marketing linkages to tribal groups.
Abhinav Silk Pvt. Ltd. has opened it’s first store in Resham Ghar, C.C.I.C.I, 144 M.G Road, Bengaluru - 560001. The space has been provided by Silk Mark organisation of India.
Abhinav Silk provides pure authentic tasar silk to it’s customer at a reasonable rates and it takes care of rearers, reeler, spinners, weavers & artisans at the same time.
Abhinav Silk is supporting around 500 families in the state of Jharkhand.
