Delivery process almost damaged her headpiece.
It was well carton packaged, we sent clips of d packing n packed to her, only for her to receive it unpacked, opened and they were not able to pack it back properly (some logistics ehhh.. make I no call names today).. she wasn't happy seeing it that way but she understood it wasn't from our end.
She had to use the picture sent to do some adjusting,and you know how feathers can be....😎
And she said, please don't use this logistics company to send my orders next time,we understood.
